    • The animal database provided within the App is exclusively owned by Hunting Village. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

    • We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the database within the App solely for personal and non-commercial use.

    2. User-Generated Content

    2.1 Content Uploads

    • You may upload relevant content such as photos, comments, and posts related to hunting.
    • Prohibited content includes illegal, offensive, or excessively graphic images unsuitable for a general audience.

    1.3 Responsibility

    • You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with all applicable laws.

    1.4 License to Use Content

    • You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content strictly for App development and improvement.

    2. Third-Party Services

    2.1 Analytics and Advertising

    • The App uses Google Analytics and Facebook SDK for analyzing user interactions and tracking installation sources from advertisements.
    • We also use OneSignal SDK for providing push notifications related to App updates, alerts, and user interactions.

    3. User Conduct

    • Content uploaded by you must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
    • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

    4. Moderation

    • We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any content violating these Terms at our discretion.
